Admissions Overview: Willow Creek, as a public charter school, welcomes applications from any student who resides in California. Application can be made at any time during the school year and if there is room, students can be admitted mid-year.
Admission to all classes depends on space availability.
Prior to submitting an application, we encourage you to visit the campus, schedule a tour, and learn more about your community school. If you have an older child, you might want to include him or her in your original visit to the school.
Should you decide you are interested in having your child attend Willow Creek, you will then need to complete and file an application. To download an application, please click here.
Applications must be received by the Willow Creek Academy office by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2013 to be included in the lottery for the 2013-14 school year. The lottery for the 2013-14 school year will be held in the Willow Creek Academy library at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2013. Families will be notified of lottery procedures one week in advance of the lottery.
Campus Visits
We provide individual visits at Willow Creek, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and visit classrooms.
Most visits are scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings at 8:30 or 10:30 a.m. If these times do not work for you, exceptions can be made on an individual basis. Please contact the administrative office to schedule a tour of Willow Creek.
